How Our Network Works

Who you talk to
Many people expect a big call center with one company name on every truck. That is not how this works. Crisisgop Garage Doors is a referral service. When you reach out, your request goes to an independent provider in our network near Mission Viejo.
That provider is a separate business. They answer your questions, give a quote, and do the work if you say yes.
What they may ask you
Expect a few simple questions:
- What is the door doing, or not doing?
- Did you hear a loud bang or see a gap in the spring?
- Is the door stuck open, stuck shut, or crooked on the track?
- Is it a single or double door?
- About how old is it?
Photos can help, if the provider asks for them. Safety first: do not try to lift a stuck door with a broken spring. The parts are under strong tension.
Questions to ask a provider
You are the customer, so ask away. Good questions include:
- Can I have the quote in writing?
- What does the price include, parts and labor?
- Do you carry the license or insurance my area requires?
- Is there a warranty on parts or work, and what does it cover?
- When can you realistically come out?
A clear provider will answer plainly. If something sounds vague, say so.
The decision is yours
A quote is not a contract. You can compare, wait, or say no. There is no obligation to book. If a provider suggests a big replacement, it is fair to ask why repair will not do.
Costs vary by job, door size and parts. Always get a written quote before work starts.
