How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Anyone who contacts Crisisgop Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How Crisisgop Garage Doors handled your call or message
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Crisisgop Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@crisisgop.lat and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you reached out to us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened, and what result you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. After that, we will look into the matter. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will send you our findings and tell you about any action we take.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to assist as well.
